Only one site visit is scheduled September 10, 1997 at 9:00 a.m. -- meet in the lobby of Building 003, 10300 Baltimore Avenue, Beltsville, MD. All work is to be completed within 180 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The standard industrial classification code is 4953 and the annual size standard is $6.0 million. This procurement is set-aside for 100% for Small Business Concerns. This is a request for proposal (FAR Part 15) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. Offerors are required to submit a technical and price proposal for evaluation by the Government. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror who submits the proposal considered most advantageous to the Government considering price and technical evaluation factors. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
