Laboratories are required to use methodologies described in U. S. EPA Method 8290 or U. S. EPA Method 1613. The samples will be animal and plant tissues. Technical proposals will be elevated based on (a) expertise for sample type, cost, turnaround time, interlaboratory validation of results, (b) expertise in methodologies specified above, (c) qualifications of personnel and ability of equipment to do anlaysis required.
