Q -- HOME OXYGEN THERAPY SERVICE SOL IFB 546-02-98 DUE 091997 POC Lucille A Kaper, 305-324-3301 Provide Home Oxygen Therapy Service, including initial set-up and/or concentrators and maintenance of Government owned concentrators to eligible VA beneficiaries of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Miami, Florida. Contractor will also provide written instructions on these commercially available services which includes appropriate use of the equipment, including basic home safety, storage, handling of the equipment, maintenance, and electrical safety. Contractor shall provide 24 hour, seven day a week emergency service. Services will be performed within the Dade, Broward, Monroe and Collier Counties. Prospective bidders must be JCAHO accredited and will provide certification with bid. Term of this contract is for one year from date of award, with two (2) one (1) year options to extend. Total term of this contract is for three years. Solicitation package will be available on or about August 27, 1997. A pre-bid conference will be held on September 9, 1997 at 1:00 P.M.
