This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to conduct, develop and distribute materials for the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) teleconference to be held in September 1997. The teleconference will be a live interaction program that will provide the most current information available in the challenging field of CFS. The period of performance for this project is 6 months. The Midwestern University, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services providing the required work and services.
