COMMERCIAL PART RELIABILITY DATABOOKS The Reliability Analysis Center (RAC) is pleased to announce the immediate availability of "Electronic Parts Reliability Data (EPRD)". This 2-volume document, which complements the widely-used RAC "Nonelectronic Parts Reliability Data (NPRD)" databook, contains failure rate data on commercial and military electronic component types, including capacitors, diodes, integrated circuits, optoelectronic devices, resistors, transformers and transistors. It provides both summary and detailed reliability data sorted by part type, quality level, environment and data source. EPRD and NPRD are both currently available in hardcopy and software (CD-ROM or 3.5-in. diskettes) versions.
