Contractor shall provide pest control services in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Inspect and control pocket gophers and ground squirrelsin designated areas of approximately 186.5 acres and maintain control of new populations emerging or relocating from adjacent areas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, labels, licenses, reports, schedules, transportation and other items to accomplish this work. This is a firm-fixed price simplified acquisition procedure. Award will be based on written quotations. Request for quotations (RFQ) package will be available on or about 20 Aug 97 at no charge until supplies are exhausted. This contract is small business set-aside. The Standard Classification Code is 7342. The related small business size standard is $5 million.
