Prepare and deliver a change to the technical manual identified by TMDC 0117E and 0318B and a revision to the technical manual identified by TMDC 0323B in support of the F/A-18 Aircraft under contract N00019-95-C-0015. Defense Contract Management Command, St. Louis intends to negotiate with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace to incorporate the effort cited on the TMDCs. McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516 as the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the aircraft, is the only known firm possessing the requisite technical expertise needed to complete this action.
