This contract will be for the provision of a 120 hour risk management certification course which is to be held in Jacksonville, Florida from 7 October 1997 through 23 October 1997. This procurement will include all training materials, books, instructors, audio-visual materials, and registration. Attendance is estimated at 100 students.
