Work items include construction of a new transport flume and auxiliary water pipelines from the powerhouse to a new outfall site and construction of a new juvenile fish monitoring facility adjacent to the transport flume. The contractor shall be required to commence work under this contract within ten calendar days after the date the contractor receives notice to proceed, and complete all work no later than 450 calendar days after commencing work.
