Ruth, Contract Specialist (520) 341-2663, Michele Watts, Contracting Offficer The work includes installation of a 200 KW natural gas powered back-up generator for the TACTS Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) at Bldg 508. The back-up generator and accompanying automatic transfer switch will be government furnished, contractor installed. Install a new concrete pad for the motor-generator, a new 6' high masonary screen wall, connect to an existing natural gas pipe, run new electrical circuits in conduit as required and install other ancillary equipment to make a complete and usable system and incidental related work at MCAS, Yuma, AZ. This solicitation is unrestricted. Standard Industrial code is 1731. Small Business size standard is $7 Million. A limited number of bid packages, one set of specifications and half size plans, will be available and issued on a first come, first serve basis. Request plans and specifications in writing by mail or by FAX (520) 341-3557. Telephone requests will not be honored. Plans will be available for inspection at the contracts office and will also be available for viewing at local plans services.
