Provide all necessary labor, parts/materials, equipment and facility to accomplish the following repairs to the Government-Owned Vessel "GRIZZLY". BID SCHEDULE I, DEFINITE ITEMS: (1) Arrival Test & Inspection, (2) Docking & Berthage, (3) Sea Chests & Valves, (4) Stern Glands, (5) Stern & Strut Bearings and Shaft Condition Survey, (6) Potable Water System, (7) Sponson Inspection, (8) Non-Destructive Sonic Hull Survey, (9) Clean & Paint Hull, (10) Clean & Paint Forward Cabin Hold, (11) Fire Main Discharge Repairs, (12) Engine Room Vent Repair, (13) Fuel Shut-Off Valves, (14) Wiper System, and (15) Trials & Tests. BID SCHEDULE II, INDEFINITE ITEMS: (16) Additional Drydocking, (17) Additional Lay Day on Drydock, (18) Additional Lay Day at Dockside, (19) Hull Zincs Replacement, (20) Propeller Shaft Nut Covers, (21) Propeller Reconditioning, (22) Propeller Shaft Removal & Reinstallation, (23) Rudder Removal & Reinstallation, (24) Hull Plate Replacement, and (25) Miscellaneous Journeyman Labor. Performance Period will be thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Vessel, GRIZZLY. Successful Quoter shall have Dry Dock Facility available within the San Francisco Bay Area. All Contractors MUST hold or be willing to execute a Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels with the U.S. Army Engineer District, SF, COE. All interested Contractors are reminded that the Successful Contractor will be expected to place/subcontract to the maximum practicable extent with Small and Disadvantaged Businesses in accordance with the Provisions and Public Law 95-107. Small and Disadvantaged Businesses are encouraged to participate as Prime Contractors or as Members of Joint Ventures with other Small and Disadvantaged Businesses.
