Room 4: General Radiographic DiagnosticUnit Model #GX850 Serial #661 #1826-940 with attached Franklin Head Unit Model #S29978 Serial #P-09478. Medical Repair will be first responders on all service calls; Contractor will provide 24 hours response time when contacted. Included are two (2) Preventive Maintenance Inspections to be scheduled in the months of December 1997 and May 1998 and will include one (1) verification and certification utilizing DD Form 2164 provided by the Navy (Medical Repair). Covers all service calls Monday thru Friday 0730 - 1600 with 24 hour response time. Contract covers all parts, labor and travel except glassware (x-ray tubes, image intensifying tube and television camera tube), which needs to be contracted for separately, and also includes calibration on units for new x-ray tube installation.
