The contractor shall provide 12 each of Universal WLL Rech.Handle TL, # X-02.99.411TL. Place of delivery and set-up is the Joel Health and Dental Clinic located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Delivery shall occur on or about 1 November 1997. Work includes wiring into the building and to equipment. Vendor shall contact Dale Nuxoll at 910-432-2215 for a Site Survey prior to sending in the Request for Quotation. Installation, freight, and warranty shall be included. Warranty shall begin on date equipment is put into use. Vendor shall coordinate color after award. Operators and maintenance training shall be performed (a minimum of 4 hours for each training.) The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following shall be used to evaluate offers. (1) Technical capability, (2) past performance, and (3) price. Technical and past performance when combined are significantly more important than price.
