This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is an unrestricted procurement. The USCG intends to award a contract under streamlined acquisition procedures for commercial items to Aero Systems Engineering Incorporated. ASE is the designer of the ATF-3 Jet Engine Test Cell. The requirements are as follows: Clin 1: Upgrade of the Data Acquisition System(DAS) for the USCG Jet and Shaft Test Cells to include MV9300 Bd with 8MB Memory; CSS2 Chassis w/6787 Controller and 520MB Disk Drive; 525MB QIC Tape Drive; HP1600 Printer/Plotter; Manuals; Interfacing Cabling; AOS/VS11 Software and License; ASE Proprietary Operating System Software; All Materials, Labor, Training and Installation. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7373. The small business size standard is 18 million. Drawings and/or Specifications are not available and cannot be furnished by the ?Government.
