Water Supply and Water Resources Division, National Risk Management
Research Laboratory is soliciting assistance in arranging a one-day
technical workgroup meeting on the state of the science of existing
treatment technology to remove arsenic from drinking water. The
contractor will make all the necessary arrangements to assemble a group
of technical experts on the treatment technology to remove arsenic from
drinking water for the purpose of determining the state of the science
of specific treatment methods. Under the scope of work, the contractor
will select a group of technical experts on arsenic removal technology,
arrange for the group to meet to review the state of the science and
produce a report summarizing the results of the workgroup meeting. The
workshop will be held on 2/26/98, immediately following the AWWA
sponsored workshop on inorganics on 2/24/98-2/25/98. TELEPHONE REQUESTS
