The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract award with ABB Environmental Services, Inc. to perform soil and groundwater sampling at a Defense Envronmental Restoration Program Site (DERP), in Watertown, MA. The contractor is currently preparing a Supplemental Phase II CSA Report under a separate contract and this sampling is needed to complete investigations. No solicitation will be issued. Any questions or proposals indicating qualification must be in writing and mailed to the address above.
