Contractor shall provide professional services as a SPANISH PROTESTANT MINISTER to inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Complex, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. The contractor will conduct services as well as act as a consultant on religious matters for the inmates incarcerated at each of the four institutions. A session equals one hour. Sessions will be 1-2 per week at each of the four institutions for an estimated 4 sessions per week. Sessions for Holy Days will be scheduled "as needed". The contractor's services may not exceed 30 hours per week. The contract shall run from approximately October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns. Security investigation/clearance is required. Solicitation document will be made available on or about September 2, 1997. (0232)
