Contractor shall provide professional services as a MUSLIM IMAM for inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Complex, Allenwood, Pennsylvania. The contractor will conduct pastoral services as well as act as a consultant on religious matters for the inmates incarcerated at each of the four institutions. A session is equal to one hour. Sessions will be scheduled based on mutual agreement of the contractor and the Supervisory Chaplain at each of the institutions. The contractor services may not exceed 30 hours per week. The contract shall run from approximately October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns.
