Michael Dodd, Code SEA02522, (703)602-7900 ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occasions under a new Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-5248 with COMSAT/RSI, Electromechanical Systems, 6200 118th Avenue North, Largo, Florida 34643. Orders will be issued for the evaluation and implementation of equipment and product improvement changes, special studies, surveys, and testing to determine feasibility of proposed changes, training, and documentation of changes to the AN/BPS-15 Radar. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). COMSAT/RSI is the sole producer of the AN/BPS-15 Radar, and as such, is the only known source with the in-depth experience in the design, production, installation, training and maintenance of the AN/BPS-15 Radar.
