SOL N62645-97-R-0040 DUE 103097 POC Nancy LaVigne 301-619-3023 The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for the services of two (2) full-time Dentists at the Naval Dental Center, Camp Lejeune, NC or its Branch Dental Clinics located within a fifty mile radius. This requirement includes options for two (2) additional Dentists. A firm fixed price personal service contract is contemplated. The estimated period of performance is from 22 December 1997 through 30 September 1998 and will include five option periods for a total performance period of five years.
