R -- PLAN/ IMPLEMENT MEETINGS OF NATIONAL ADOLESCENT HEALTH WORKGROUP SOL HRSA-97-MCHB-H0833A DUE 090597 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the Division of Adolescent Medicine, Pediatrics, University of Washington, 1959 NE Pacific, Seattle, WA, 98195-79920. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to plan, implement and chair two meetings of the National Adolescent Health Workgroup. The contractor shall: provide a Work Plan, develop the agendas, convene the meetings, produce minutes of each meeting, and provide a summary report. The Division of Adolescent Medicine, Pediatrics is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is fifty four weeks.
