The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to acquire the following services through a 100% small business set-aside for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Detachment Field Engineering Office Norfolk, VA. Support services for the Independent Verification & Validation of the Module Test & Repair (MTR) Program. These services include reliability, maintainability, availability, quality assurance, data analysis, and information management for the MTR Program. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with a 5-year performance period is anticipated. The total level of effort is revised to 94,500 hours. The following minimum requirements were derived by taking the total category hours divided by 9,000 hours (1,800/yr x 5 = 9,000). Key Categories include: Quality Control Specialist (6). Non-Key categories include: Electronics Technician III (1), Electronics Technician V (1), Logistics Specialist V(1), Technical Information Specialist (1), 2M Electronics Repair Specialist (1). Award will be made on the basis of Greatest Value. Clearance to the Secret Level is required. Evaluation criteria are Technical Approach, Management Approach, Past Performance, and Personnel.
