Provide Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) Improvement Instruction which includes training support functions at Fort Hood, Texas for a base period commencing on or about 1 May 1998, or date of award, and four one-year option periods. Tentative issue date is 07 October 1997. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract. Contractor employees must have a SECRET security clearance in order to instruct the following courses: Joint Development Officer course, Mobile Subscriber Equipment course, and Tactical Communication Chief course. Contractor instructor personnel must have a minimum of five years military experience in the specialty area in which they instruct in the grade of Senior Noncommissioned Officer grades E7 and above, Warrant Officer or Commissioned Officer and have at least one year experience as an instructor in an Army Service School or an Installation Troop School in the military subject area in which instructing. The annual estimated number of sessions is 28,570. There is a $25.00 charge for this solicitation.
