The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment required to drill two test wells at two different sites on the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation, Otero County, NM. The results of test hole drillings will determine if production wells will be completed. Intent is to complete two wells, 8 inches in diameter, single cased construction complete with well screen and grout. If the test wells yield unacceptable results well abandonment procedures will be followed. Estimated cost range is $100,000.00-$200,000.00. Completion time is 90 calendar days.
