Z -- REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT OF METAL ROOF SOL RFQ 235-0627 DUE 091697 POC Sarah Gil, Contracting Officer (409)823-1879 X442 or Darrell McKeel, Contracting Officer, x 445 The Federal Prison Camp, Bryan, Texas, plans to issue RFQ 235-0627 for the removal and replacement of the entire roof system at the Intensive Confinement Center located at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas. Work shall consist of, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of 17,000 square feet of existing metal roof panels, trim, gutters, and downspouts. The new metal roof panels shall be 24 gauge including all necessary flashing, trim, insulation, approximately 700 linear feet of gutters, downspouts and connections to storm drains as required. RFQ 235-0627 will be issued on or about 8-22-97 and will close on 9-16-97 at 1:00 p.m. CDT. This is a 100% small business set aside. Requests for copies of solicitation documents are limited to the first twelve requests for companies whin a 120 mile radius. (0232)
