The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armament Command, Research, Development and Engineering Center (TACOM-ARDEC) has a requirement for the Load, Assemble and Pack (LAP) of approximately 84,000 each 155MM, High Explosive, M795 Projectiles. The M795 LAP includes a process utilizing controlled cooling of the TNT. The proposed acquisition is restricted to U.S. and Canadian based manufacturers. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 24, 1997 with proposals due approximately 30 days later.
