Jefferies, Contracting Officer (615-454-7841) This procurement purchases five replacement gearboxes for the ASTF cooling tower fans at Arnold Engineering Development Center, Arnold AFB, Tennessee. The gearboxes must be Philadelphia Gear Part #3512UHBTC or equal. The gearboxes are replacing Philadelphia Gear Type 3512, Serial #530376. The gearboxes must meet the following physical or functional characteristics: 150 horsepower, service factor 2, input revolutions per minute (RPM) equals 1775, output RPM equals 106.29, gear ratio equals 16.7 to 1. The delivery date shall be 180 calendar days following receipt of written notice of contract award. Any responsible firm may submit a bid which shall be considered.
