A requirements type contract is anticipated. The units must be diesel powered, must have filter packs to give 100% oil and moisture free air, must provide at least 750 cubic feet per minute (CFM) and supply pressure at 125 pounds per square inch (PSI), capable of running 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. A whip check device must be supplied with the compressors; must have moisture separator, (air type) after coolers, all hoses, couplings, and fittings must be 2"; filters must be capable of removing lubricants, water mist, and solid particles not to exceed .01 micron; units must be free standing and must be mobile (capable of being towed).
