It is the Government's intention to award an indefinite delivery type contract as follows: 144,000 min; 560,000 pairs maximum with four one year term options. The Government anticipates making three award for 50, 30 and 20 % of this quantity. There are various destinations with deliveries beginning 135 days after date of award to various destinations. Duration of the contract is 12 months. Solicitation will be restricted 100% to small business firms. Technical evaluation for proposals shall be determined by assessment of the following factors (listed in descending order of importance): Product Demonstration Model, Past Performance/Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, Manufacturing Plan, Quick Response, EDI and Socioeconomic and DLA Mentoring Business Arrangements.
