Barksdale AFB intends to make a sole source purchase from Teledyne Advanced Materials for six (6) each super dense tungsten alloy ballasts. The tungsten alloy ballasts must conform to MIL-T-21014 Revision D Class 1 alloy. Material properties include: Density (gms/cc), 16.99. Magnetetic permeability, >2.5. Analyzed tungsten content, 90.87%. Delivery shall be to Barksdale AFB LA.
