The driveable platform must have the following: 5 degree tilt alarm, aircraft bump guard, Duetz(or equivalent)F3L-1011 (42hp) air cooled diesel engine with cold start, platform work lights, 60"x30"platform with platform control box canvas cover, automatic brakes, drive motion alarm, foam filled tires, four wheel drive, flashing light on boom,(yellow), engine anti-restart control, printed circuit board with on-board LED diagnostics, manual bleed down valve at chassis, easy access for service and maintenance, high engine temperature and low oil pressure shut-down system, fully proportional drive, turntable rotation and boom controls, very smooth control is a must, proportional control valves lift swing, 180 degree hydraulic platform rotation, overall weight approximately 12,550lbs, fail safe hydraulics, driveable at full height, platform capacity 500lbs, GFCI AC outlet 125 volt at platform, must be allowable to load on C-130 aircraft.
