This is an X Ray Fluorometer (XRF) used to analyze inorganics in water and oil matrix. It is the Navy's intent to solicit and negotiate the proposed as a sole source purchase order to Spectrace Instruments, Fort Collins, CO. The solicitation number N00421-97-Q-1186 is hereby issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) .
