The software is Basic PACBASE Host/Server Configuration software. The one-year option period is October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. The maintenance includes telephone support, software upgrades, and other services for our Pensacola FL facilities. CGI Systems, Inc. owns proprietary rights to this software. The original contract, HQ0105-97-M-0047, was awarded under simplified acquisition procedures.
