Work will be completed through implementation of an ARC/INFO-based Geographic Information System (GIS) system currently in place at the National Marine Mammal Laboratory (NMML) in Seattle, WA. Once the GIS Is established, NMML plans to organize, compile, and enter several decades of field observations collected on large cetaceans in the North Pacific. Sources responding to this notice must indicate qualifications and experience developing ARC/INFO GIS systems. Simple requests the solicitation will not be honored.
