This is a request for quote using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Best Value in FAR Part 13. Offerors are required to submit a price quote and price-related information for evaluation by the Government. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible Contractor who submits the quotation considered most advantageous to the Government considering price and price-related evaluation factors. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. Contractors desiring a copy of the RFQ should submit a written request to the address above or requests may be faxed to 301/504-5009. No telephone requests for solicitation package will be accepted.
