FISCNORVADETWASH intends to award a competitive FFP contract for Maintenance of autoclaves in the Main Operating Room at the National Naval Medical Center. The contract will provide for Preventative and Remedial maintenance services. Preventative maintenance shall be performed 4 times per year during normal working hours. There shall be two levels of Remedial maintenance services available which includes 1) 24-Hour Emergency Service and 2) Normal Working Hour Maintenance Coverage. 24-Hour Emergency Service will be performed Monday thru Sunday and Scheduled Government Holidays. The Contractor shall telephonically respond within 4 hours after receipt of notification of equipment failure and shall provide on-site service within 24 hours. Equipment shall be operational within 48 hours. Normal Working Hour Maintenance coverage shall be performed Monday thru Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Contractor shall telephonically respond within 48 hours after receipt of notification of equipment failure.
