Freeman, Contracting Officer, (216) 838-6091 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Brecksville, OH intends to contract for commercial items procurement of a Consolidated Maintenance and Repair of VA owned Ultrasound, X-Ray and CT Scanner Equipment on behalf of the VA Medical Center's, Cleveland, Dayton, Cincinnati, and the Columbus Outpatient (VISN 10) for the period of October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with four one-year renewal options. Contractor shall provide pricing for the Base year and four (4) option years.
