This will be sole source procurement, Asea Brown Boveri, Inc., 612 32nd Street South, Birmingham, AL 35201 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Asea Brown Boveri, the original equipment manufacturer, is the only known source who has the expertise and is capable of providing ser vices for this specialized equipment. Firms that recognize and can service the test stands are encouraged to identify themselves within 15 days from the date of this publication, and provide supporting evidence to the Con tracting Officer which would permit their participation in future solicita tions.
