Provide personnel, supplies, and supervision to perform food attendant services for two dining facilities. The performance period commences on 1 Apr 98, with a six month base year and four one-year option periods. The successful offeror will be bound to the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). This acquisition will be solicited and evaluated with Best Value criteria. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for solicitations must contain a positive statement of eligibility as a small business.
