There is no solicitation package available. Dover AFB DE is requesting information on commercial practices for hospital housekeeping. Information required is: (a) What are the standard terms and conditions in the industry for hospital housekeeping? (b) Is payment made based on total job completed? (c) Must hospital housekeepers be certified by the National Executive Housekeeper's Association (NEHA)? We are requesting copies of any standard contract and sample payment schedule.
