The work is located at the Marine Corps Air Station El Toro and Tustin,
California. Contractor shall recycle waste anti-freeze and used oil and
fuel filters in compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws and
regulations. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision,
labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, licenses, and transportation
to accomplish this work. This is an indefinite-quantity simplified
acquisition procedure supported by a Schedule of Indefinite Quantity
Work and is awarded with fixed unit prices. Award will be based on
written quotations. Request for quotations (RFQ) package will be
available on or about 22 Aug 97 at no charge until supplies are
exhausted. This contract is small business set-aside. The Standard
Classification Code is 4953. The related small business size standard
is $6 million. The contract will be for a period of 365 days, with an
option to extend the term of the contract for an additional 1 to 12
