The building shall be constructed of concrete foundation and slab, steel frame, masonry exterior, metal deck and membrane roof. All related mechanical and electrical, utilities, site work and paving work is included. Also included are vehicle fueling station, lubrication system and hoisting systems. There are three additive bid items (ABI) as follows: 1) A 4000SF pre-engineered metal building, including concrete foundation and slab and electrical work. 2) Additional paving work. 3) A limited amount of furnishings.
