Work shall consist of installing 2 x 4 studded walls as per attached drawing; (a) gypsum board; (b) R-13 insulation (c) interior trim (colonial case), stool cap and baseboard molding (colonial case); (d) Bi-fold closet doors; (e) interior birch door pre-hung; (f) carpet entire area; (g) replace crank out windows with double hung windows as needed; (h) install electrical outlets; (i) apply interior primer to all new material and two coats of Government supplied paint. The specified work will be performed as various residential housing units which are located at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Air Station Cape Cod, MA 02542-5024.
