Z -- REPLACE HVAC, BUILDING #7 SOL IFB 662-71-97 DUE 093097 POC Daryl Hanson, (415) 750-2172 Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new HVAC system and replace existing roof in/on Building #7, as shown in drawings and specifications located at the DVA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, California. Work shall include but not limited to demolishing existing HVAC equipment, ductwork, roofing, installation of new HVAC equipment, new roof, electrical, control and instrumentation, testing and balancing, new ductwork, etc.. Project cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The solicitation shall be issued on or about September 1, 1997. A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled for September 17, 1997 @9:00am local time. The proposed contract herein described is unrestricted. There is however, an extremely limited amount of bid packages available on a first come first serve basis. Request for packages must be made in writing and include a non-refundable check or money-order in the amount of $25.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. (0233)
