The Navy requires TOW 2/2A Missile Ordnance Inhibit Circuits (MOIC's), quantity of 2,000 each, manufactured in accordance with U. S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal drawing 18876-13296590, revision B, and NSWC Crane Statement of Work. An option for 2,000 each additional TOW 2/2A MOIC's will be included. The MOIC's are classified as non-explosive ammunition IAW CFR Title 49. MIL-A-46050, MIL-W-22759, MIS-37511, MIL-I-43553, MIL-A-46146, MMM-A-132, and MIL-F-83671 apply. Delivery of the MOIC's at the rate of 150 each per month, FOB destination, with inspection and acceptance at NSWC Crane, IN, is required commencing 250 days after contract award or option exercise, as applicable. Six each first articles, if required, will be due 140 days after contract award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
