The May 15T th date includes not only the remanufacture/retrofit but also testing, and training all IAW purchase description dscr-jhtb 96-111-1059 dated Apr 25, 1997. Government to ship the machine to the successful contractor's facilities. Contractor shall be return machine back to customer's facilities at his expense. (FOB destination naval air station Jacksonville, FL) testing is required at origin and again at destination. Solicitation is unusual and compelling urgency buy because of the May 15, 1998 dead line. G&L holds exclusive design patents and data rights and is the only known company capable of completing the project within the time period needed. (0233)
