This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items. Proposals are hereby requested under RFQ N00189-97-Q-6274, a subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Acquisition Group Norfolk intends to purchase, on a full and open competitive basis, two (2) each Goulds Vertical Turbine Pump Model VIT-FF, Size 11ALC, Two Stages, 6" column & discharge flange, cast iron construction with bronze impeller, bronze bearings, 316 stainless steel shafting, Engard 480 coating on bowl and column 15 HP, 1800 RPM, 3/60/230-460 Volt, TEFC Motor, duplicate of pump S/N 310571. Award of a firm fixed price contract on a brand name or equal basis is contemplated. Proposals received shall specify FOB Destination, Portsmouth, VA. Offers other than FOB Destination shall be ineligible for award. The Govt reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest priced offeror.
