The SDC/CDR is a solid state recording system that collects and records structural loads and mishap flight data for the B1B weapon system. This highly complex item electronically communicates with aircraft data buses, internal processors, memory and flightline download equipment. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists. The Air Force does not possess data necessary for above repair.
