The contractor is to furnish and install one (1) pre-engineered, pre-manufactured rectangular modular storage building and perform associated site work at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission which is at 10901 Darnestown Road Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878-2611. The modular building shall have minimum usable interior area of 1,200 square feet. The building shall be set up for storage with an open floor plan. The building shall include one 8' overhead door and one 36" door and windows/ skylights sufficient to provide adequate natural lighting during daylight hours. Site work shall include delivery, installation, block and level, and skirt. Heating and Air Conditioning is not required. Ventilation suitable for use as a storage warehouse is required. The building shall be new or like new in quality. The exterior shall be maintenance free. The building shall be covered by a warranty in accordance with industry standards. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. SIC Code is 3448 and size standard is 500 employees.
