LINE ITEM 0001: Quantity two (2) each NSN 6650-01-211-5579, Optical Lens No. 3, p/n 37450-3. LINE ITEM 0002: Quantity two (2) each, Optic Housing, p/n 37410-11. LINE ITEM 0003: Quantity two (2) each, Polarized Filter, p/n 37564-3. All items are direct replacement parts for 37400-39B Test Set, NSN 1270-01-204-5357 and are FLIGHT CRITICAL components of the Heads Up Display (HUD) for the F18 Aircraft. Kaiser Electronic's proprietary drawings are NOT available for release from this agency. Solicitation number N00244-97-Q-A692 applies and will be issued as a Request For Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11. The standard industrial code is 3812 and the business size standard is 750 employees. Delivery of all items is required 30 days after award of contract to be delivered FOB Destination to: Receiving Officer, Code 160D, Bldg 94, NAS North Island, San Diego, CA 92135. Mark for: Sifuentes, Shop 96404, Bldg 463. Source inspection and acceptance must be performed by DCMC. Final acceptance shall be made at destination. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO-rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System.
